Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Working in a Special Education grades K-5 brings students with various needs! Having games that are accessible for all students make it easier for functional interactions.

These students can even bring these games to their general education classrooms to play with peers.

It is critical that students have access to games just like non-disabled peers that all students can play!

Each game that is selected has various methods of being used and can work for students that have needs in fine motor skills and gross motor skills.

I believe all my students find peer interactions with games as a fun time during the school day.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
