My Project

Our class is kind, unique and loves to read, play math games and use flexible seating to learn! We practice our leadership skills by leading our learning and synergizing during each part of our day.

Students have found their voice and said, "we love to play math games, read with a buddy and use wobble stools."

Our class is special because we have a variety of needs and know what we need to help us learn best. Our needs range from basic mathematical skills, reading fluency and environmental comforts. The math games will provide students opportunities to practice repeated addition, repeated subtraction, multiplication and division. The books will be additional third grade topic resources we add to our library and help us deepen our knowledge, practice our reading fluency and comprehension. The different seating options gives us opportunity to get comfy and find places in the classroom to work independently or with our accountabilibuddies. Each of these items provide supports, scaffolds and ways to feel supported and comfortable, while learning.
