Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

These cameras will be used for projects in advanced middle school art classes. Students are studying composition, studio lighting, and eventually making editorials of their own! This will allow them to create fantastic work to add to their portfolio for high school (and maybe even beyond), give them a new outlet for creative self-expression, and allow them to build up a new skill set. Many of the students have expressed interest in pursuing visual art and want to continue in their high school and college careers. Thank you in advance!
