My Students

My classroom community is made up of actively engaged learners! My students are critical thinkers who love to solve problems, ask questions, work collaboratively and grow their thinking.

My students love to collaborate together to create projects!

They like to write all different kinds of books from non-fiction to comic books. They like to create their own games to play with their friends. They also like to create posters to put around the room about topics that are important to them!

My Project

My students love to use their imagination to create many different things. They often work together to create books, games, and posters. They will ask to print out a photograph, picture or diagram on the computer to add to their creations and are disappointed when they find out they can only get it in black and white.

Having a color printer would allow them to really bring their projects to life!

A color printer would allow them to add authentic looking pictures and photographs to their work. It will also allow them to create projects on the computer and print them out as they intend them to be, in color!
