Help me give my students a white easel board. I currently teach using chart paper. The paper breaks and crumbles every time. Therefore, it is very hard for my students to see and understand the concepts I teach.

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

I teach a group of 16 wonderful students in a very diverse community. My students love learning and solving problems. I see their hard work and dedication every single day when they complete their assignments. I believe in them! I know that they will make positive contributions to society in their adult lives.

My Project

This white easel board will help my students see better from their seats and understand concepts more effectively. Writing on chart paper every time I teach takes a lot of time because the paper falls off the wall, crumbles, and/or tears. My students deserve better! The time that I waste fixing the paper could be used to pay individualized attention to my students and support their learning. I know that a white easel board will make my teaching more effective. Therefore my students will learn and succeed! We need your help to make this happen!!
