My Project

Students spend a lot of their time in the classroom. My goal is to create a warm and inviting environment that will make students enjoy spending that much time with me. A classroom rug offers not only a cozy place to gather for learning, but it adds to aesthetics of the room.

My project is asking for the purchase of a classroom rug (which unfortunately can be very pricey) for the comfort and feeling of the classroom environment.

My hope is that my students will find joy and comfort with the addition of a rug, and the classroom will offer them a happier place to spend the majority of their time.

Our classroom rug will also be where students will gather for instructional time, so a nice cozy spot helps to promote engagement.
