A Table for Sucess in Writing and Art

Help me give my students a table that sets my students up for success during small group writing and art centers.

My Project

Our Pr-K classroom has many times throughout the day for center time. We have art and writing during different parts of our days. This table would be a great piece of furniture to help designate these two centers in the classroom.

This table will be greatly helpful by being able to store tools and materials directly at the art and writing center.

Currently, we are constantly setting up and putting down these two centers and students are losing time while we are looking for specific materials. By having set materials ready to go at this center, students will be able to get right to work once at their center.

It will also give the students an opportunity to have different resources at their fingertips as we go throughout the year. This table will give us a designated space for the art and writing centers in our classroom and will allow us to utilize our other tables for different purposes.
