Celebrate Black Teachers and Students

This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

I teach EC PreK. My students age range from 3-5 years old. Each of my students have been diagnosed with some type of disability but we refuse to let that define us! I am seeking assistance to provide summer gifts for my students because I believe in the power of education and enrichment even during the break. Many of my students come from disadvantaged backgrounds and may not have access to resources or opportunities during summer months.

By providing them with thoughtful gifts such as books, educational games, and art supplies, I can help foster their curiosity, creativity, and academic growth outside of the classroom.
