This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I love how hardworking, energetic, and determined my 3rd-grade Cougar Cubs are. My students come to school every day eager to learn, grow, and challenge themselves. To keep them motivated, I run a classroom store where they can earn rewards for positive behavior, responsibility, effort, and kindness.

By supporting this project, you will help provide meaningful incentives that encourage students to make positive choices and stay engaged in their learning.

These rewards help build a strong classroom community where students feel proud of their hard work and excited to reach their goals.
