This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

In a choir room, students need three things to be successful: a voice with which to sing, a desire to make music, and the music to be learned. Many of my students have the first two but find themselves lacking when bringing the materials with them. "I have no room for a binder in my backpack" , "I took it out and left it at home" , "Can't I just leave my music here?" are what directors hear constantly in the classroom and a wonderful solution to these issues is the folio cabinet.

With the folio cabinet, students can put their music materials in a proper space of their own - ready to be used when in the choir room.

The folio cabinet is sleek and holds up to 75 slots for materials like binders, reminders, permission slips, pencils, and PHONES. The cabinet increases organization without taking up an immense amount of space and is a wonderful addition to any choir room.
