My Students

Welcome to the wonderful world of preK! Our class is made up of the cutest and most dynamic group of little scholars you could ever hope to meet. These students come to school every day feeling excited to learn and improve their literacy, math, and social-emotional skills. We especially love to learn through hands-on activities, small group centers, and the integration of technology every day. With your generous support, we can grow into exceptional students, exemplary citizens, and lifetime learners!

My Project

My students struggle with some fine motor skills and visualizing that numbers mean a specific quantity. The center activities in this project will help my students build their fine motor skills and help them see that a number means a specific amount of items.

The puzzle mat in this Donors Choose project will help support my students learning through a safe and clean space to interact for whole group lessons.

Due to COVID-19 we no longer have a classroom rug. The foam floor mats will allow my students to have something to call a "rug/carpet" again. It will be softer for them to sit on and help create a visual boundary of personal space. Due to COVID-19 and the need for social distancing, my students have been sitting on the floor with a small sit spot to identify their same spot.
