My Project

A sensory table would be a wonderful tool for my 4K classroom. It would allow my students to use their imagination, creativity and exploration using many different tactile items that may be added. When filled with sand, water or kinetic sand they would be learning about science, math and team work. While playing at sensory table they would need to learn to share, cooperate and follow rules that we set within our classroom. Along with learning what creations they could make, they also will learn self help skills, by cleaning and keeping items safe.

Please give my students a sense of pride and endless possibilities with a sensory table and items to play with.

The sand, kinetic sand and

adding water will allow them to use many of their senses in play. The toys will be added to create a new experience and my students might find out that they can design something they never thought they could do. Using different elements from molds to waterfalls, my students will experience a new sensation that will excite, educate and give them a love of learning in my 4K classroom.
