My Project

I am hoping to provide students with sensory needs a better learning environment. It is important for students to be able to focus and be comfortable in order to succeed. The wedge wobble seat and fluorescent light covers will benefit my students daily.

The wedge cushion is a great tool for students who need to be able to move while being seated.

Some students have a difficult time sitting still and this allows them to keep moving while they are seated and learning. The wedge also helps them to focus while working. This seat option also has the benefit of helping with posture.

The fluorescent lights in our classroom are very bright and that can have an impact on student learning. The covers will help to reduce eye strain from glare which will help reduce visual fatigue and headaches. The covers will also help with mood, stress, and anxiety within our classroom.

My goal in creating this project is to provide my students with the best possible learning environment. This is very important to me as I feel it will greatly benefit my students.
