This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Hello everyone! This is my first year as an official school counselor! I created this list hoping to receive supplies for my necessities closet and counseling space. I work primarily with low-income, newcomer students and families, therefore the closet will give them access to free toiletries, food, etc. The students will also have access to grounding activities and tools while in the counselor's office.

Students love spending time in the counselor's office and I would love for them to have access to more activities during one-one counseling sessions, group counseling, or before or after school visits.
