My Project

We need a rug for our room. A place filled with "underSTANDing". Enough rug jokes, let's just sweep that under the carpet.

Our classroom needs a rug for a place to gather and meet.

The rug will also serve as a place for students to engage in guided meditation and relaxation exercises during social emotional learning groups. Right now we sit on gym mats and a tiny rug made for 2 people. A rug would make our 3rd graders feel more at home in our room, and prevent them from sitting directly in the cold hard floor.
