My Students

My students are thoughtful, loving, and creative thinkers. They love hands on activities where they can explore learning and push their thinking. My students come to school each day ready to learn, to be active, and to be critical thinkers.

My Project

These books will be placed in my classroom library for all 5th grade students to access. I will be using these books for read alouds, classroom examples, and individual reading. When students become readers they are able to become better learners. They can grow in their perspective taking, their creative language, and of course their imagination. Information is power and the best way to spread information is through literature. Creating lifelong readers and learners is the ultimate goal in my classroom and through this project that goal becomes closer to a success.
