My Project

One of the key targets in third grade math is understanding and comparing fractions. These materials will support all students in creating memorable experiences with number sense. The fraction cards will support fluency stamina both independently and in small groups.

Learning in math is boosted when the materials and delivery are engaging and unique!

The ink pads and number stamps will allow students with tactile needs the ability to build and reason with fractions. They will use the fraction magnets to show equivalence and comparisons to encourage math dialogue amongst students.

The brochure stands will allow for pre-made math cards to be displayed so students can easily access their specific level. This differentiation will allow our classroom to meet our students where they are in ability.
