This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are 100% English Learners and immigrants, and they deserve the same resources as any other American students. But our district no longer provides printers of any kind. Please help me with a printer for my classroom.

My students have special stories to tell.

While I teach history, my students *are* history. Their experiences enrich the typical curriculum, and I hope to scan, print, post physically, and post virtually their presentations, writing, and artwork.

Our school is unique in this large, urban district. We teach English and content together, and prepare students for college.
