My Project
My first grade students thrive when given structured classroom procedures that give them a sense of reliable structure. It builds a sense of classroom community when students are able to manage their school supplies. themselves.
These binders will be used to help students organize their writing and have access to their writing tools all in one place.
Students collect their writing in binders to showcase their growth throughout the year. They love the responsibility of filing their writing in their own binder and sharing it with families at conferences.
Each student has their own pencil box to keep supplies organized and easily accessible. This helps with smooth transitions and reduces loss of instructional time.
