Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I have amazing students who are inquisitive and intelligent. I would like to create a makerspace in our school library: a place where students can explore, create, innovate, collaborate and learn by engaging in activities that interest and challenge them.

STEAM materials, a carpet, and a label maker will help me start a new Maker space for my Middle School students.

My vision is to create an inviting space where STEAM activities, coloring posters, building games, and other fun activities are clearly labeled and accessible to students. With the materials requested, our library will become an inviting learning hub where students can thrive. Won't you help me create this new learning space for my middle schoolers?
