My students need a carpet that is comfortable so they can have a place to come and learn while becoming a family.

My Students

Although I have not received my student list for the new school year, I know that my students will be excited and ready to learn. As a Title I school, I know that my children will come from different backgrounds so having a classroom rug will help these children have a comfortable place to sit during our meetings. With this classroom rug, we will be able to enjoy our time together while learning to the best our abilities. I am extremely excited to start my first year teaching!

My Project

Having a classroom carpet is very important to me because the children will have a place to come during our meetings and transitions throughout the day. This will be a place where the children will interact, learn, and start to become a family. Sitting on a hardwood floor in a classroom can be uncomfortable so having this carpet can give my students as well as myself a comfortable place to sit as we build our knowledge. I would greatly appreciate this carpet to have with me as I change students lives this school year as well as many years to come.
