Help me give my students meaningful incentives that celebrate their positive choices, encourage engagement, and create a classroom environment where every student feels valued, motivated, and recognized for their efforts.

My Project

My students earn raffle tickets throughout the week by demonstrating positive behaviors that contribute to a successful learning environment. Whether they are putting away their phones without being prompted, actively participating in discussions, putting forth effort on assignments, helping classmates, or even pointing out my occasional mistakes, they are recognized for their contributions. At the end of each week, three students from each class are selected in a raffle and rewarded with fun prizes. Popular choices include rubber ducks, fidgets, and snacks that make the experience enjoyable while encouraging positive habits and engagement.

This incentive program has had a meaningful impact on our classroom culture.

It has helped increase student involvement, improve focus, and foster a stronger sense of responsibility and community among students. By replenishing our supply of raffle prizes, we can continue celebrating student efforts and maintaining the positive momentum we have built. Simple items such as peppermints and Lifesaver mints are especially appreciated, as they can help students stay focused, manage stress, and feel supported throughout the school day.

My students are remarkable because of their perseverance and commitment to growth. Despite the challenges many of them face outside of school, they come to class ready to learn, encourage one another, and do their best. They are kind, resilient, and eager to succeed when given the opportunity and support they deserve. Your donation will help us continue creating a classroom where students feel motivated, appreciated, and empowered to reach their full potential.
