It is because my students are strong, determined, and driven to succeed and do their best.
We all, teachers and staff, put our hearts and soul into becoming life long learners, and are treated as FAMILY. The hard work and effort is why we could be successful at such a high level. From being kind, respectful, and responsible, my students are able challenge themselves and be a helpful friend. But most of, the students have found a joy within learning. Our students have turned into life long learners, and have built a strong foundation socially and emotionally.
In our mini integrated classroom we support students with diverse learning needs and many different cultural backgrounds. Our students speak multiple languages, have sensory, social, and emotional needs, and learn best through engaging activities. Our students benefit from a visual, but organized and decluttered environment to minimize distractions.
My Project
2nd graders have a big imagination! Organization and durability in our classroom is a necessity with big ideas and leaping strides within my classroom! We take pride in creating centers for every lesson that are engaging and support our students social and emotional needs. It is amazing to see children’s excitement when you bring out a fresh center or learning game. They are not even aware that they are learning!
With all of the center-based learning happening in our room, a Cricut Explore Air 2 and accessories will help make the process of creating the materials easier, less time consuming, and the vinyl adhesive will help our materials and labels last all year long.
