Smart Boards are used in almost every classroom in New York City Schools today. What makes them even more effective? When you can share additional resources with your students that can only be downloaded with the attachment of a laptop.
I teach in a Title I school where one hundred percent of the students qualify for the free lunch program.
Though recently introduced in my school the Smart Board has proven to be an effective teaching tool for both students and teachers. I would like to have a laptop in my classroom so that I can store information on it in order to share with my students. For example I can purchase learning programs like Fundations, ABCYA or Starfall so that I can share these additional teaching resources with my students
