Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

This project is built on the idea of paying it forward. The parents of my current class help contribute in meaningful ways to support the classroom and prepare for the year ahead. My goal is to create an inviting, warm, and safe space for all students. Your generosity helps ensure that the same high-quality materials your children benefited from can also be available to next year’s students.

The rug will help create a warm and homey environment.

The stools and bean bags will offer great options for student choice seating! The bookshelves will help create a classroom library to hold chapter books! By helping fund this project, you are continuing that cycle of kindness and support. Your donation allows future students to walk into a classroom equipped with the same resources, opportunities, and learning experiences as the children before them. Together, families, teachers, and donors create consistency, equity, and a strong start for every child, making sure no student begins the school year without the tools they need to succeed.
