My Project
Having students start off the school year with fresh materials makes classroom management easier. The first weeks of school are spent going over classroom routines to prepare students for a successful school year. Taking this time to learn and meet my students' needs, and taking time to plan for social and academic success will help our classroom to run smoothly the entire school year.
Access to classroom materials like pencils, ballpoint pens, and glue-sticks will help keep my students organized and prepared to take notes and share assignments with their families.
Dry-erase markers will help to limit paper usage and allow me to color-code instructions and notes for students. Snacks will help to motivate and energize my pre-teen during the school day as they readjust to the school day upon returning from their summer vacation.
