Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

I am a preschool teacher who works with 18 amazing special needs students! I would love to have all of my students who are nonverbal use different ways of communicating their needs and wants, engage with classroom materials and activities to make their preschool experience the best one! With this project, I intend to have materials for my students to pretend play, create arts and crafts, build and engage in diverse hands-on activities to promote their curiosity! I also intend to use these materials to create individualized materials and visuals to address my students IEP goals and objectives so that these can be achieved in a fun and productive way. Please support my preschoolers as my school is in a low-income community (Title 1 school).
