My Project

Hartman Publishing continues to provide textbooks which contain essential information that far exceeds both federal and state training requirements for those seeking nurse aide certification. At Delcastle Vo-Tech High School we strive to provide our students top notch training, which requires top notch resources. As part of the New Castle County Vo-Tech School District, we pride ourselves in preparing our students to be college and career ready. A vo-tech education not only builds employability skills, but also helps to build self confidence, as our students earn their nurse aide certification in their junior year. As seniors, they will have solid experience as they participate in co-operative work opportunities, thus catapulting them into a career in the healthcare industry where they will be future change agents furthering their education as doctors, advance practice nurses, world-renowned surgeons, and health care administrators.

As the title indicates, this textbook Nursing Assisting: A Foundation in Caregiving provides our nursing assistant students the foundation they require for caregiving in a long-term care setting, an acute care setting, an assisted living facility, a pediatric facility, or maybe even a dialysis center.

Our students aspire to be great and your support will be an investment into their greatness. We thank you in advance for your contribution and your investment into the future of healthcare.
