Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our second-grade scholars are eager to learn and are in need of a comfy place to gather in our room for morning meetings, lessons, story times, and most importantly dance party/brain breaks! Our current carpet cannot fit all 21 students; however, they are noticeably more engaged when we gather on the floor rather than staying in our seats all day. In our ICR (in class resource) classroom we cater to the needs of all children by meeting them where they are and challenging them to excel in all subject areas. The materials listed below will not only give them a cozier place to work and learn but will also enhance their daily learning with educational learning games.
