My Project

We have had great experiences with flexible seating in our classroom over the past few years, from ball chairs to rolling chairs to gaming cushions and couches. As we have tried all kinds of different sorts of seats in our high school English classroom, one thing has become clear: flexible seating is great, but it's important that the furniture feels sturdy, especially for high school students.

The items that we have chosen for this project allow the freedom of movement that is wonderful about flexible seating while still allowing students to feel grounded and focused.

These floor chairs will be in our classroom library and will provide a comfy place to read during our sustained silent reading time in class.
