My Students

My students are 32 second graders in a Title I school in Brooklyn New York. Many of my students were in my class last year and they are as eager as I am to continue on their educational journey in second grade. My students come from various backgrounds and are excited to talk and share about their culture and traditions and to bring their unique experiences to our classroom studies. My classroom is an enrichment class setting that allows students to be challenged across subject areas.

My Project

My students come to school everyday ready to learn. I pride myself on having an organized room full of supplies and decor that makes them feel at home and comfortable for learning.

The students will be able to learn in an environment that is as free of germs as one can get.

This will result in better overall attendance and a comfortable atmosphere. The items that I am asking for are all cleaning supplies that will contribute to the learning environment. We will use the wipes to clean the desks, manipulatives and toys. We will use the wet jet to keep the floor clean, We will use the larger trash can and trash bags to help maintain the garbage. We will use the broom and scoop to sweep up any crumbs from snacks or papers that may have landed on the floor.
