My Project

I absolutely love how resilient and hardworking my students are. Many of them face academic, emotional, and social challenges, yet they continue to show up and put forth effort each day. They are funny, kind, and supportive of one another, and I am constantly inspired by their growth—both academically and personally. My students thrive when they feel recognized and valued for their hard work.

The classroom store and snack incentives will serve as positive reinforcement for completing assignments, staying on task, improving attendance, and meeting IEP goals.

These resources are more than just snacks—they are tools to teach responsibility, budgeting, delayed gratification, and goal-setting. Students will earn points for positive academic and behavioral choices and “purchase” items from the store, helping them build independence and decision-making skills. By providing meaningful incentives, I can create a structured and motivating environment where students feel proud of their progress and excited to succeed.
