Help me give my students a Samsung Chromebook to use when one of our student computers is not working. We do research, projects, watch and make videos, and use reading and math sites on a regular basis.
This project expired on March 24, 2019.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
My class consists of 24 happy, friendly children who have varied backgrounds. Some students really struggle while others are progressing at great paces. The class consists of 24 children aging from 7 to 9. Some of my students receive Special Education assistance. I have students who are Title 1, High Ability and English Language Learners.
This wide range of diverse kids does not limit us; it only makes us stronger.
TEAMWORK is a goal of mine. I try to instill the value of each person in the classroom and encourage students to root each other on!
A Samsung Chromebook will help my students with the ability to explore outside of their textbooks and work in a virtual world.
My students get very frustrated when there is not enough technology for everyone to use at the same time.
If we receive this Chromebook, we can share it and use it when we are having technical difficulties.
My students are very good at sharing and waiting their turn, but it would be spectacular if we had another device that all of us could share! To be effective and efficient, this Chromebook would help us greatly.
This would be a Christmas Computer Wish come true!
