A Calming Space for Everyone!

Help me give my students a calm area where they feel safe and secure to regulate their feelings.

My Project

Providing a calm area is an asset in any classroom. This is a designated space where my students can feel safe and express all their emotions. My library space is larger than a typical classroom, so I will need two areas. Filling them with calming lights and sensory items will help the students find their calm.

Having access to this calm area and resources will provide the students with everything they need to calm down, recollect themselves, and return to learning with the rest of the class.

Please help me fund this project to support our students' social and emotional needs!
