My Project

In the past year, I have made some major changes to my elementary classroom, starting with a brand new school! The classroom that I moved into was a far cry from my previous classroom where I've lived for my first 17 years as a teacher. From the oatmeal colored walls, to the green chalkboards, my room definitely needed some upgrades. We started with a fresh coat of paint, but much more is needed.

Sometimes, it's the little things that make the biggest impact!

My students will love these colorful dry erase markers when coming up to the board to show their work. The Mr. Sketch scented markers will make projects much more fun when I put them into the hands of my students. The Alexa device will bring so many different opportunities, from classroom dance parties, to calming music in the background as we work.

Lastly, we like to keep our space clean. That's where the whiteboard cleaner and handheld vacuum come into play. Students should take ownership of their classroom, and that means sharing in the responsibilities as well.
