This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Creating a calm and inviting classroom environment makes a signifigant difference in student engagement and their enthusiasm to learn. As an early childhood educator, my classroom is like a second home for many of my students.

I would like for my students to feel as if my classroom is an environment where they feel valued and supported, a safe space for them to explore and learn new things.

The materials requested will help me transform my classroom into a cozy home away from home, a place where all children are welcome and loved.
