A Breath of Clean Air

Help me give my students clean air to breathe to prevent the spread of germs.

My Students

My first graders are six or seven years old. They are naturally curious, and they have a love for learning. These students are warm-hearted and will brighten your day when you are having the worst day. They greet you with smiles and eyes full of wonder.

We are excited to build a new community of learners.

First grade is a grade level in which the students make a great deal of growth within the school year. My students are diverse learners. I am looking forward to using various learning tools to reach the needs of each of my students.

My Project

The Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link heater and fan will remove dust from the air. We all know dust builds up throughout the school year as our classrooms do not get a deep clean until the summer. It will provide triple functionality for year-round use in our classroom. It will remove up to 99.7 percent of small particles and allergens from our classroom space. We can also set the fan on this Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link to cool a room.

The use of an air purifier in our first grade classroom will help maintain a healthy atmosphere for my students.

Hopefully, with an air purifier, absences will be reduced. Clean air helps students stay healthy, alert, and ready for learning.
