My Students

Take a peek in my classroom and you'll see a community of forward thinkers, innovators, questioners, leaders, and collaborators. Lean in a little closer and you'll see students that care deeply about their learning and each other. Now walk to the center of my classroom and see a sense of wonder that is unparalleled.

While they reside in my classroom, they are truly all our children.

My students inspire me to work hard for them and to provide them with the tools they need to soar to success!

My Project

Imagine a library nook spilling over with nonfiction books that speak to all interests and reading levels. What do you see? I see biography selections being poured over by students as they work to create their own biography pieces about somebody that inspires them. I can hear the buzz in the classroom as students enthusiastically share all they've learned about a favorite animal. I can feel the excitement of students when they crack open the cover of a new book and dive into unknown worlds.

My students deserve access to books that inspire, engage, and foster their love of reading and writing!

It's my mission to provide them with a classroom library that can do all of these things and MORE.
