Help me give my students a way to organize and store their books. With these colorful, durable book bins my students will have a special home for the books they read that will last all year long!

Hooray! This project is fully funded
I teach at a Title I school located in Arlington, Virginia. More than 74% of students at our school receive free or reduced-price lunch. My wonderful class consists of 20 diverse and enthusiastic learners from many different backgrounds and languages. Each day my students strive to become leaders who care about others and the world around them. I am super excited to see how much they grow throughout the year and blossom into the incredible, human beings they are quickly becoming. Thank you so much for considering contributing to public education.
Developing a love for reading starts at a young age. It is so important to start building a child's love for reading as soon as possible!
One way to get students excited about reading is to provide inviting ways to store their books.
Each child in my class will get their very own book bin that they get to choose the color of and write their named on to personalize it. The bin will house all of the books that student is currently reading in class. My students will get to choose the books they read from our classroom library by going book shopping for the books that are just right for them. Students will get to shop for books once a week. My students will love their colorful new homes for their books!
