My Project

My students are eager beavers. They love to learn! Many of them come from broken homes. They don't get the help they need at home because of their living conditions. These students that don't get the help they need I like to pull aside and work more with them.

These students love to learn, especially in reading.

They love books! Some act like they are reading, and, in all honesty, they are not and usually cannot. I love to teach reading and watching the students get the skills they need in order to pick up a book that they want and read. I want to get books on all levels so that they can find a book they will be able to read. These books start with the lowest level of readers and progressively get harder and more difficult. My goal is to get them to read a book and I know from experience that they will continue to read in their later years.
