My Project

My STEM students must have a tangible way to learn the concepts of Python and coding beyond the computer screen. While the students have Chromebooks to use, learning STEM purely on the screen can be discouraging. The BBC micro: bit will solve this problem and provide tangible, real-world connections such as lighting bulbs, adding sound and motion to engineered projects, and seeing how Python and Coding impact the digital world. The storage bins will be used to organize and safeguard the micro: bits and their operational components from any loss or damage.

This project will directly impact historically underfunded classrooms.
