Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students attend a public Title I school. They are energetic, fun-loving, little ones. This is my 2nd year teaching pre k; I am excited to watch them grow academically. They are young minds excited to show their faces every day. They are eager to learn and play.

My Project

This document camera will be so beneficial for my students during whole group teaching and also helpful for social distancing, or if we have to go virtual again. I have 14 students in class, and our school wants us to social distance as much as possible.

This document camera is a great tool, the students will have a bigger and better view.

We will use this during writing block when showing letter formation, art block when showing them how to color inside the lines, or in reading time to show them directionality of reading.

This project also includes a cd player and a USB adaptor for the smart board and computer, I will be able to put in educational movies or programs. Finally a set of dolls and baby bottles for their nursery/ dramatic play center, and a box of kids' masks.
