A Backpack Cart

My students need a mobile backpack storage cart to have a clean and safe place to store their backpacks and jackets.

My Students

Organization is an essential skill for success! Teaching children organizational skills helps them feel self-confident and proud when they're able to accomplish their tasks and responsibilities.

My students are the future scholars of America!

I treat my students as if they are scholars. It is my hope that when they leave my classroom they will learn the importance of doing good for others. I teach my students to strive for excellence and to achieve nothing less. In order to be all of these things, they need an organized environment.

My Project

The backpack cart will enable my students to have a simple and easy morning routine. Students will be able to enter the class, place their backpacks on the cart, and start their day simply and smoothly. The cart will also students to keep their backpacks clean and organized. This will be especially helpful when it rains as we can move the cart right inside the classroom. It will also keep my students from tripping over their backpacks that were kept on the floor.

With a backpack cart, my students will be able to take pride in learning how to be organized.

Research shows that students need to be taught organizational skills in order to be successful. I also want to teach my students that they need to have pride in where they work and to learn how to keep their classroom clean and organized.
