Help me give my students these comfortable and inviting furniture items. Students will use these Norwood plastic stack stools in a common space that will be used for collaborative projects, independent reading, and for small group reading.
Our third grade students are diverse and charismatic and love their school! They are always eager to wave and say hi to past teachers and staff in the halls.
Our school is a Title 1 school which means that many are living below the poverty line.
We are hoping to create a homey environment for them here at school where they can work on small group projects.
Third graders are beginning to discover new big things that they are capable of like new books they can read as well as new mathematical operations they can do! This is a pivotal year when students are no longer considered primary as grades 3-5 are the 'big' kids in elementary.
My Project
These are some of the amazing things that will make our space come to life! The Norwood Plastic Stools will be great seating options. These stools will be around small round tables that will help encourage small group book club discussions.
These ECR4Kids SoftZone Floor Cushions will be great in our space so that students may sit or lie comfortably and become lost in a great book for independent reading!
The Brightown 50Foot G40 Globe Outdoor Patio String Lights will add much needed light to our space. These will illuminate a dimly lit hall and provide a warm glow to our area where students can get their work done.
