My Project

For years our freshmen have struggled with being on track to graduate. Students would go into their sophomore year failing multiple courses causing them to work extremely hard to catch up to their peers. We implemented a new group (with me at the helm) focusing on those 9th grade classes coming in with the goal to change that dynamic and increase our 9th grade success rate. After two years we have made some large gains in this task. We have increased our 9th grade success rate from 74% to 96%. Which is an amazing feat. To keep this going we want to provide our students with the snow cone machine.
