My Project

Transitioning to the ninth grade is an exciting yet challenging time in a student’s academic journey and social development. My school’s 9th grade academy is designed to facilitate a climate of teaching and learning, assist students with a smooth transition to the culture and expectations of high school students, and help navigate the academic and social-emotional choices they will inevitably face. Incentives are a great way to cultivate positive behaviors and foster engagement from students. It is my hope that the wide array of products that I have selected such as candy, snacks, stress balls, and fidgets will support students’ success, motivate them to develop personal responsibility, and strive for excellence and pride in all facets of their first year in high school.
