Students will use these supplies to create a model rock wall, giving them hands on experience with the climate around them. This will teach them about the forces in place, and how humans impact on forces leads to erosion. They will study real-world formations and use Google Earth to evaluate plastic waste and the impact on the environment.
The hardware will support the structure of the wall, while the holds will represent the different layers of rock.
The clear drawers will help them organize their project supplies and art materials. This will help students effectively demonstrate their learning about features of Earth's surface, climate, and conservation. I hope that this inspires students to make choices throughout their lives that preserve the environment.
