My students need a full set of 3Doodlers for experimenting with architecture.
This project expired on May 1, 2018.
Hooray! This project is fully funded
Having 21 students in a class can be a blessing in disguise. We have so many different personalities we are always learning something new about each other. I have some wonderful third grade students in my class.
My third graders are eager to learn and have a very curious nature about them.
I teach in a high poverty school. We are a school that serves free breakfast and lunch to all of our students. As their teacher, I try to give them every opportunity to explore the world around them.
Students will be able to explore building and designing a bridge or building with the 3Doodler. The 3Doodler will allow the students to see what they have imagined or drawn become a 3D representation.
The 3Doodlers will allow students that are interested in architecture the chance to see what their imagination can produce.
I would love to see the students understand how the things they learn in school can be used in the "real" world.
The 3Doodlers is a pen that helps build plastic designs. It will give those kids that have made 2D drawings another avenue to become an artist or builder in the walls of our own room. The 3Doodlers will make a difference in my students' learning because it is hands on and they will be using problem solving skills and in depth thinking to make their creations.
