My Project

My 10th grade American History students are eager to explore history in creative and meaningful ways. Many students learn best through hands-on activities, projects, and visual learning experiences. A 3D printer would allow students to move beyond textbooks and create historical artifacts, models, and interactive projects that deepen their understanding of important events and time periods in American History.

With this technology, students will design and print items such as tools, maps , and historical landmarks, inventions from the Industrial Revolution, and replicas of important historical artifacts.

Students will also strengthen their skills in research, critical thinking, problem-solving, collaboration, and technology integration while connecting history to real-world innovation.

This project will help transform our classroom into an engaging learning environment where students can experience history in a new and exciting way. By combining history with STEM and design, students will gain valuable 21st-century skills while building a stronger connection to the past.
