3D Printing in the Library Makerspace

Help me give my students a 3D printer to make their ideas into a tangible reality.

This project is fully funded

My Project

My students are creative, curious, and will do great things when provided with the materials, space and time for their projects.

A 3D printer will support students' creativity in our STEM school, helping them make their ideas into a tangible reality.

A 3D printer fosters critical 21st-century skills including problem-solving, design thinking, and opportunities for students to troubleshoot designs and refine their creations.

My goals are for students to be able to collaborate on 3D printing projects, encouraging peer-to-peer learning and inviting students into the library who might not traditionally engage with library resources.
